White The Unseen Me
You think you know me?
To tell you the truth, you don’t know me.
The one you know is the ‘me’ created by you.
But I am not what you have made;
I am the one you have yet to see.
I am the one you have yet to understand,
Or perhaps you don’t want to understand.
You carry around a false image of me,
And that’s what you tell others as well.
You’re living in an illusion, and you’ve kept others in it too.
But one day, the real me will surely be revealed to you.
And by the time you come to understand me,
to truly know me,
It will be too late.
Perhaps then I will cease to be visible to you,
And I will be gone from you forever.
