THE RHYMES IN ME
Outside by the hill and rocky side
Lies a young vineyard farm that I long to abide
I bet the owner of this farm is too bright
As I ride on wings of a golden butterfly
I feel the little rain falling from the sky
This makes my heart and mind right
I'm like a singing dove upon the branch of that junior vine
For the aroma of her armpits kindly binds
It is strong like simsim perfume by the night
I will always try just to make you smile
And before the evening shadows hide
I will fry some chips for you, that you ever like
Many are walking in the street thinking that they are high
Just like the River Jordan filled with saline
But I know you are my only pride
Winter will pass the coastline
breaking down an ancient crystalline
So, I will never leave you behind
I know loving you requires me to pay the price
This is one thing I will never deny;
For I believe love must be something divine
Oh, my love, hear these poetic rhymes
My passion for you will never die
Although some elders paint their white hairs
with modern dye
