Let us celebrate each other's independence
Let us have faith in each other's credence
Let us live in each other's heart
Let us die in each other's arm
Before death dares to come near
Let us march ahead without fear
When the nation is on the move
On the move are its parts
I, we, he, you, she and they
Let us realise we are for the whole
And the whole for each of us
Let us work in tandem
To see our dreams realised
The dreams of every Indian
To see their nation at the top
To give meaning and substance
To the vision of our forefathers
To do justice to
Their love, sacrifice, blood and tear.
A single entity we are
Let us realise it
Without one the other is so incomplete
Let us move hand in hand
To usher in that glorious era
And be the squirrel in making the new India
More robust, lively and vibrant
