"The problem with death and losing a loved one is that we Almost Always forget that this is the only truth that is bound to happen. We believe that it can happen to someone else but not to us or not to this nice, healthy, loving, caring person we all love. Or that sweet loving mommy who's full of life or maybe not now, we are still young and have so many dreams. And then it hits home....... So we realize we are not immortals we, too are going to die the nice and caring, the healthy guy, the old person, the idiot, the person we thought we can never live without... We will all die sooner or later. A reality check... But then what? We all try to cope, some live in denial, some struggle, some distract, some go through depression, some moved on. Until we heal. The truth is everyone lives on with a hole in their heart💔 What I am sure of is everyone's process is different. But I am sure that grief is not only about dying or the loss but about the living. We are the ones who are left behind to suffer and ache. The body of our loved one is gone but the soul lives on forever.
