When I bring myself to the present, I realise it was the harrowing past, and anticipation of the future. Which made me of restless and anxious nature. When I bring myself to the present. The past is no more, And the future doesn't exist. Then who is it to inflict my sorrow or pain? In the present you have no reason to grief - stricken remain. Alas!
