White Everyone says life is beautiful,
But for the bedridden soul, it's pitiful.
No claps for achievements, no joy in the rain,
Her life filled with sadness, sorrow and pain.
Five long years confined to her bed,
Dreams and hopes slowly fade, she said.
Her children's laughter, a distant memory,
She longs to feel the rain's gentle melody.
Is life truly beautiful for her,
Trapped in a body that doesn't stir?
Unable to dance in the sun's warm embrace,
Her spirit broken, her heart filled with grace.
So let's not take for granted,
The simple joys we've been granted.
For in every smile, every gentle touch,
Lies the beauty of life, we love so much
