In velvet skies where night does rest,
The stars adorn their cosmic vest,
Like scattered gems in darkness spread,
A shimmering quilt above our head.
Constellations, tales in light,
Their patterns form a map of night,
Orion hunts in silver glow,
While Ursa Major’s giants show.
Aquila soars with fiery might,
And Cassiopeia’s throne is bright,
These ancient forms in heavens cast,
Reflect the myths of ages past.
Each star a beacon, bold and clear,
A distant spark that guides us near,
They whisper secrets through the night,
Of time and space, and cosmic flight.
So when the twilight bids adieu,
And stars unveil their endless view,
Let constellations chart your way,
Through dreams that dance in skies of gray.
